Sensei Lindsay took two of his top students to train with Hiroshi Shian in Auckland. They took the plane up on the saturday morning, drove out to Sommervill Intermediate in Manukau. After 3 or 4 straight hours training they drove back to the airport and caught the plane home. During the lesson they worked on a range of things. Sensei Lindsay took most of the basics due to Hiroshi's freshly operated knee. However, Hiroshi kept and eye on all the students and showed us some new exercises.
