This seminar was fantastic. It was held at Victoria University's Recreation center on Sunday evening (5/09/10). Many students and Teachers attended and took part in various activities.

Japan Festival Demonstration

As well as the training session at Victoria University at 4pm on the Sunday (5th september), the Grand Master Goshi Yamaguchi will be doing a demonstation at Wellington Town hall.

The Festival schedule begins at 1:30pm but Yamaguchi will only be demonstration at 2:30pm

This is a free event so bring all you friends and family

Karate Dinner

This is our second ever Karate Dinner for the senior group. Once again we had in at a nice Japanese Restaurant in Wellington. the food was very nice and the restaurant was cosy. We all sat around a long table and talked for hours. Then we caught a shuttle home.

Trip to Auckland

Sensei Lindsay took two of his top students to train with Hiroshi Shian in Auckland. They took the plane up on the saturday morning, drove out to Sommervill Intermediate in Manukau. After 3 or 4 straight hours training they drove back to the airport and caught the plane home. During the lesson they worked on a range of things. Sensei Lindsay took most of the basics due to Hiroshi's freshly operated knee. However, Hiroshi kept and eye on all the students and showed us some new exercises.
